Ron Bodendorf, CRSW - Executive Director
Ron brings more than 25 years of experience serving individuals affected by addiction, mental illness, and homelessness. He pastors The Ark Church in Manchester, NH, while leading weekly outreach at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections and throughout the Manchester community. A CRSW since 2000, board-approved peer supervisor, and CRSW Trainer, Ron is also an eight-year Air Force veteran and entrepreneur. His passion is helping others recognize their value, potential, and ability to build a better future regardless of their past.
Lonnie Matson - Administrative Assistant
I have served as the Administrative Assistant at Helping Hands Outreach Ministries since June 29, 2026, and view my work as a ministry rather than simply a job. I am an ordained minister at New England Pentecostal Ministries in Pelham, NH, where I have attended since Palm Sunday 1997. I enjoy writing and painting and am currently working on a book. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve others and believe my latter days shall be greater, leaving my heart full each night knowing I have helped make someone’s life a little better.
Fran Raudonis - Case Manager
After 45 years of working with individuals through YDC, the NH Department of Corrections, and various treatment centers, nothing compares to witnessing the men at Helping Hands succeed in recovery, discover their purpose, secure housing, and reach their full potential. I am grateful for the opportunity to do this work and to play a small part in their journey.
Shawn Bemis - Facilities Manager
As someone in recovery, working in building maintenance at Helping Hands provides me with accountability, continued treatment and education, daily support, valuable resources, and a strong community of spiritually and recovery-focused peers.
Eddie Buzzell - Roussel House Manager
Helping Hands is exactly where I am meant to be. Six years ago, I was struggling with homelessness and addiction and had lost hope. A small group of people refused to give up on me. Today, I have the opportunity to offer that same hope and support to others. Life truly comes full circle.

I look beyond the surface and seek deeper meaning in life. Despite challenges and past experiences, I continue to learn, grow, and love. Working at Helping Hands gives me a sense of purpose beyond a paycheck, allowing me to build meaningful connections, support others, and make a positive difference in the lives of those around me.

I have worked with people in many settings, but Helping Hands is truly special. For the past 10 years, Helping Hands has supported me, and as a House Manager, I am grateful for the opportunity to support our residents in return. I believe God has given me an opportunity to give back, and I am grateful to be where I am meant to be.
